Rockers Slash, Courtney Love and others to perform at Mirage’s 20th
The Mirage was rocking hard this Friday October 2nd hosted by the high octane daredevil Slash, former lead guitarist of Guns N Roses. Slash performed with his old time pals and fellow guitarists Rick Nielsen and Joe Perry. The late night carnival as one would call it, was a blast and was held at the Bare Pool Lounge at The Mirage with these world class performers, artists and celebrities like Courtney Love, Nicole Scherzinger of the Pussycat Dolls, Rob Zombie, Jason Bonham, Kim Kardashian, Marisa Miller, Tommy Lee and the show was emceed by Kiefer Sutherland, the Brit-born Canadian actor. It was a good show and Courtney Love was hyped up tossing aside the poolside to read lyrics to the “20th Century Boy”…
The show spilled over to an after-party at the Jet where more celebrities like Nelly, Ciara, Perry Farrell, Robin Antin, Apl.De.Ap, Lou Ferrigno, Rasheda Ali and many more joined in later that night. The show was held to commemorate Mirage’s 20th anniversary celebration and the concert was a true variety show. It was a great show and even better with an onstage visit by Slash’s stormy wife, Perla. She was all dolled up with snuggly shorts and lace stockings… Hope that didn’t embarrass her husband… 
The vocalist for the rest of the evening was Vegas’ native Franky Perez and relished his evening performing with the greatest stars and artists: Slash, Perry, Rick Nielsen, Matt Sorum, Duff McKagan and others. Franky Perez cheered out to the Las Vegas crowd and his high school, Bonanza…! The show was opened by the Joe Perry Project followed by the exoctic performer Scherzinger and then Love walked in with the most ridiculous thing to say at an anniversary… Atleast, she’s no dummy! But fans liked the haggard-sexy look she still carries off.
The Mirage Resort and Casino is one of the biggest and most sophisticated on the Vegas Strip. The Resort cum Casino is known for its erupting volcano presentation to its high-limit casino games and sportsbooks.
